Married / Family Provision
The vast majority of postgraduate rooms are let as singles, though a few are large enough to accommodate a married couple. Early application is essential if you wish to be considered for one of these rooms.
Married students are advised to come to Stirling alone in the first instance and later arrange for family members to follow. You should consult the Residential Services Office about the availability of married/family flats at the earliest possible date, if your intention is to bring your family with you to Stirling.
There are 13 family flats located on the main University campus, but only three are large enough for a couple and more than one child. These flats are available on 50 week lets, with current sessional charges varying from £5,400 to £7,500, inclusive of heating and lighting.
